For many years, I have struggled with sugar addiction, binging and good eating habits in general. Although I am a pescatarian and basically eat fairly clean, I wasn’t eating enough and would then reach for the wrong foods or something quick. In addition, I don’t enjoy cooking, I work out a lot and sit at a computer for long periods of time without taking the time to nourish myself. Nikki’s program is a game changer and am so glad I engaged! We are coming up on week eight and experiencing tremendous, measurable progress. What I really like about her program is having a kick ass plan and being able to execute the plan.

The best part of working with Nikki is she is  REAL and able to be real with her regarding my lifestyle as a 42 year old business owner, husband and father of two young daughter's.
